Not a lender
GetCash4U is not a lender, bank, or loan broker. We do not make loans or credit decisions and are not an agent, representative, or broker of any lender. We provide a free service that connects consumers with lenders and lending partners. We do not guarantee that you will be connected with a lender or approved for any loan.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state), a U.S. resident, and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your request.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
- Review the terms of any loan offer carefully and deal directly with the lender regarding the loan agreement.
No guarantee of loan terms
Loan amounts range from $500 to $35,000, with APRs from 5.99% to 35.99% and terms from 91 days to 72 months. Actual rates, amounts, and terms are set solely by lenders based on your individual circumstances and are not guaranteed by us.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harucon Ventures is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or any interaction with a lender.
